Earlier this year we had the opportunity to work with Pilgrims, Britain’s biggest higher welfare pig farmer and producer of sustainably produced quality pork products. We worked in a 2 Star Michelin restaurant kitchen located in Stratford-Upon-Avon, where we had a two-camera setup using our Black Magic and RED Dragon. Our job on-set was to film experienced butchers talking about the pigs and correct cuts for particular foods. It was an informative and interesting shoot, and we look forward to working with Pilgrims again!
